IVP Authors at Keswick Convention 2026

The Keswick Convention returns to the Lake District from 18 July to 7 August 2026, bringing together thousands of Christians for three weeks of Bible teaching, worship, fellowship and encouragement.

This year's theme is Strong in His Strength, exploring what it means to stand firm in Christ in the midst of spiritual opposition. Rooted in Ephesians 6, the Convention will help attendees consider how Christians can resist the devil's schemes, remain faithful to the gospel, and live boldly for Christ in every area of life.

We're delighted that so many IVP authors will be speaking across the three weeks.

Eric Ortlund, author of the New Studies in Biblical Theology volume Piercing Leviathan, will be speaking on Psalm 56. Amy Orr-Ewing, author of Why Trust the Bible? and But Is It Real?, will teach from Genesis 3, helping attendees reflect on the realities of temptation, sin and God's redeeming purposes.

Also speaking during Week 1 are John Wyatt, who has authored numerous IVP titles exploring medicine, technology and Christian ethics including Dying Well; Andrew Fellows, author of Humanity Matters and Smuggling Jesus Back into the Church; and Dan Strange, author of For Their Rock is not as Our Rock'.

Week 2's main Bible teacher is Christopher Ash, who has authored numerous IVP titles, including the bestselling Married for God and Pure Joy.

Also speaking are Graham Beynon, who has written extensively for IVP, with titles including Mirror, Mirror and a future 2027 release entitled God Almighty; Paul Mallard, author of An Identity to Die For and Invest Your Future; Andrew Bunt, author of our June new release Getting God’s Perspective; and Jonathan Lamb, whose IVP titles such as Essentially One have encouraged Christians in faithful Bible teaching, mission and discipleship.

The main Bible teacher for Week 3 is Michael Reeves, who has authored numerous IVP titles, including The Unquenchable Flame, Why the Reformation Still Matters and Introducing Major Theologians.

Also speaking during the final week are Sophie Killingley, author of the highly anticipated September new release Blessed Are the Neurodivergent; Peter Dray, author of Reality and Other Stories; Helen Thorne-Allenson, who has written a poignant title Walking with Domestic Abuse Sufferers; and Ally Gordon author of Why Art Matters.

Many of our titles will be available to purchase through the 10ofThose bookshop, including books by many of the speakers appearing throughout the Convention.
