Delivery Information

We ship within the UK and internationally.
All orders are fulfilled by our trusted distribution partner and delivered via Royal Mail.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately at ivphelp@glassboxx.com, and we’ll do our best to update the delivery address.

How do I make a return?

To arrange a return, simply email us at ivphelp@glassboxx.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Returns for damaged, incorrect or lost items

We’re sorry if something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right.

• We’ll offer to send a replacement first, or a refund if you prefer.
• You don’t need to return the book, you're welcome to keep it.
• If your item arrived damaged, please send a photo of the book and packaging so we can follow up with our courier.
• If your order hasn’t arrived, email us with your order number so we can track it for you.

Returns for change of mind

Changed your mind? That’s okay, we accept returns within 30 days.
You’ll receive a refund for the book cost only.

eBooks & Audiobooks

eBooks and audiobooks are not eligible for return or refund.
