Suppose a church in New York wants to plant a church among an unreached tribe on the Indonesian island of Sulawesi. Also, suppose a church in Jakarta wants to reach this group. Would it not make sense for these two churches to work together? Or imagine that a group of churches in the UK want to help strengthen theological education in Central America.

What kind of relationship should they have with the healthy churches in Central America? Or, what if there is a church in Nairobi that is actively trying to distribute tens of thousands of Bibles to people in East Africa, and what if there is a church in California that desires to do the same?

Global Church Partnerships - easy to talk about, hard to see in action. But incredibly fruitful for the advance of the Gospel and the growth of the Kingdom of God. This book will help you and your church prayerfully consider the challenges, practicalities, and opportunities of partnership with brothers and sisters around the world.
Kenneth is the pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Nairobi, Kenya. He also leads Ekklesia Afrika, a ministry devoted to strengthening of churches. He has written chapters for various books and has been a speaker for Ligonier and the Gospel Coalition. He and his wife Arlette have three children.

Chopo pastors Faith Baptist Church in Kitwe, Zambia. He teaches at Central Africa Baptist University. He is a frequent contributor to the 9marks blog. He and his wife Kunda have three children.

Michael is an American living in Nairobi. He works with Ekklesia Afrika to develop the Nairobi Institute of Reformed Theology, a church-based seminary training program. He is a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Formerly, he was a missionary in Central Asia with the IMB, and he pastored Greenbelt Baptist Church in Maryland. He and his wife Rebecca have five children.
